My Role

UI/UX Designer

Overview

Identify S.M.A.R.T. Goals that the employee is responsible for accomplishing by the next formal performance review. These goals agreed to between the Reporting Manager and Employee should be Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Time bound. Employees will be evaluated on the basis of the following attributes during performance reviews:

  • Specific – target a specific area for improvement.

  • Measurable – quantify or at least suggest an indicator of progress.

  • Assignable – specify who will do it.

  • Realistic – state what results can realistically be achieved, given
the available resources.

  • Time-related – specify when the result(s) can be achieved.

My Design Process

Here is the standard UX design process that I followed. It is a continuous process that includes research, prototyping, testing, and refining.

Empathy Mapping

Identifying the thought and feeling of the employees

  • An empathy map is a collaborative visualization tool, typically divided into four quadrants (Says, Thinks, Does, and Feels), used to synthesize user research and build a deeper understanding of a target audience's experiences. It helps teams move beyond assumptions by consolidating observations and quotes into a clear framework that reveals users' motivations, frustrations, and unmet needs, ultimately fostering empathy and ensuring user-centric decision-making in design, product development, and marketing.
